Kasyora Terms of Service

Clear terms for participating in the Kasyora ecosystem.

These Terms are intended to establish a clear framework for customers, account holders and businesses using Kasyora while preserving rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

01

Agreement to These Terms

These Terms form an agreement between you and KASYORA (Pty) Ltd, a South African private company with registration number 2026/419298/07.

They apply to your use of Kasyora's websites, accounts, marketplace and related commerce services unless a separate written agreement expressly governs a particular service or relationship.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use services that require your acceptance of them.

02

Kasyora's Purpose

Kasyora is a South African commerce company being developed with a global outlook.

Its long-term objective is to develop technology and commercial infrastructure that can help connect buyers, sellers, suppliers and markets while supporting broader participation in digital commerce.

Kasyora's mission and values describe the direction of the company. They do not create a guarantee of particular commercial outcomes, earnings, market access or business success.

03

Eligibility

You may use Kasyora only where your use is lawful and you have the legal capacity or required authorization to enter into the relevant transaction or agreement.

Where applicable law requires a parent, guardian, representative or other authorized person to approve a transaction or account, that authorization must be obtained before the relevant activity takes place.

Businesses and individuals acting on behalf of organizations confirm that they are authorized to act for the relevant organization when using business features or entering commercial arrangements.

04

Accounts & Security

You are responsible for providing information that is accurate, current and not misleading when creating or maintaining an account.

  • Keep login credentials confidential and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Do not knowingly allow another person to use your account in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.
  • Inform Kasyora if you become aware of suspected unauthorized account access or other security concerns.
  • Keep important account and contact information reasonably up to date.
05

Marketplace & Commerce Services

Kasyora may provide different commerce models, including products supplied directly through Kasyora-operated commerce flows and products or services involving third-party sellers, suppliers, fulfilment providers or other commercial participants.

The identity of the relevant seller, supplier or fulfilment participant, where applicable, may affect product availability, fulfilment, delivery, returns and other transaction-specific conditions.

Nothing in these Terms removes any responsibility that applicable law places directly on Kasyora or another party involved in a transaction.

06

Products & Availability

Kasyora seeks to present product descriptions, images, pricing and availability as accurately as reasonably possible.

Product availability may change and differences in devices, displays, supplier information or product updates may affect how certain information appears.

Where an obvious error affects a listing, price, availability or other material transaction information, Kasyora may take reasonable steps to correct the error, subject always to rights and obligations imposed by applicable law.

07

Orders & Fulfilment

When you submit an order, you are requesting to purchase the products shown in that order on the applicable transaction terms.

Order acceptance, payment confirmation, fulfilment and delivery may depend on matters such as product availability, successful payment, fraud checks, delivery information and other reasonable operational requirements.

Estimated fulfilment or delivery times are estimates unless applicable law or a specific written commitment provides otherwise.

08

Pricing, Currency & Taxes

Prices displayed on Kasyora may be presented in different currencies depending on available display or transaction functionality.

Currency conversions shown for convenience may use exchange-rate information that changes over time. The final transaction amount and settlement currency will be shown during the relevant checkout or payment flow.

Taxes, duties, customs charges and other legally applicable amounts may depend on the transaction, delivery destination, fulfilment arrangement and applicable law. Where Kasyora is required to calculate, collect or disclose such amounts, the relevant checkout or transaction information will apply.

09

Payments

Kasyora may use third-party payment service providers, including PayPal, to facilitate payment transactions.

Payment providers may apply their own terms, privacy practices, eligibility requirements and security procedures.

An order may not be treated as successfully paid until the relevant payment transaction has been confirmed through the applicable payment process.

10

Returns, Refunds & Consumer Rights

Return, refund, cancellation and dispute rights may depend on the product, transaction, fulfilment arrangement and applicable law.

Any Kasyora, seller or supplier policy that applies to a transaction must be read together with consumer rights that cannot legally be waived, restricted or excluded.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or reduce rights or remedies granted to a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer-protection law.

11

Sellers, Suppliers & Business Users

Businesses participating on Kasyora must act honestly, lawfully and professionally and must provide accurate information about their identity, products, authority and commercial activities.

  • Do not list unlawful, prohibited, counterfeit or fraudulently represented products.
  • Do not misrepresent product origin, specifications, availability, pricing or material conditions.
  • Honour applicable transaction, fulfilment and consumer obligations.
  • Maintain information reasonably required for Kasyora to administer the commercial relationship.
  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations and Kasyora platform requirements.
12

Prohibited Use

You must not use Kasyora in a manner that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive or harmful to the platform, other users or third parties.

  • Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems or information.
  • Introducing malicious code or intentionally interfering with platform operation.
  • Using false identities or material misrepresentations for fraudulent purposes.
  • Infringing intellectual-property or other legal rights.
  • Using the platform for transactions prohibited by applicable law or Kasyora policy.
13

Suspension & Account Action

Kasyora may take reasonable action concerning an account or activity where necessary to protect users, investigate suspected misconduct, maintain security, comply with law or enforce these Terms.

Depending on the circumstances, action may include restricting functionality, suspending access, requesting additional verification, cancelling unauthorized activity or terminating an account, subject to applicable legal requirements.

14

Intellectual Property

Kasyora's own software, branding, logos, interface elements, original content and other protected materials remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights.

Third-party brands, product images, descriptions, trademarks and other materials may belong to their respective owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit protected Kasyora materials except where permission has been granted or applicable law allows it.

15

Privacy & Personal Information

Kasyora's handling of personal information is described in its Privacy Policy.

Read the Privacy Policy
16

Third-Party Services

Kasyora may rely on external service providers for functions such as payment processing, cloud services, logistics, communications and fulfilment.

Third-party services may be governed by additional terms and policies of the relevant provider. Kasyora does not control every independent action of a third-party provider, but this does not exclude any responsibility that applicable law places on Kasyora.

17

Platform Availability

Kasyora aims to maintain reliable platform availability but does not promise that every feature will operate continuously or without interruption.

Maintenance, security measures, technical failures, provider outages, upgrades and circumstances outside reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

18

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kasyora will not be responsible for losses that are indirect, unforeseeable or not reasonably attributable to a breach by Kasyora.

However, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, limit or waive liability or consumer rights where applicable law does not permit such exclusion or limitation.

Any limitation of liability in these Terms must therefore be interpreted together with mandatory rights and remedies that apply to the relevant transaction.

19

Your Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you remain responsible for losses or claims caused by your unlawful use of Kasyora, fraud, deliberate misconduct, infringement of third-party rights or material breach of obligations that properly apply to you under these Terms.

20

Changes to These Terms

Kasyora may update these Terms when services, technology, commercial arrangements or legal requirements change.

Updated Terms will be published on this page. Where applicable law or the nature of a material change requires additional notice or consent, Kasyora should provide it through an appropriate method.

21

Governing Law

KASYORA (Pty) Ltd is incorporated in South Africa. These Terms and the relationship they govern are therefore principally governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

South African legislation that may apply depending on the circumstances includes legislation governing consumer protection, electronic transactions, privacy and other commercial matters.

Nothing in this section is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or rights that another applicable law or competent jurisdiction does not permit the parties to exclude.

22

Questions & Disputes

If a problem arises, Kasyora encourages users to contact the company first so that the matter can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved directly.

These Terms do not prevent a person from using a court, regulator, ombud, consumer body or other dispute mechanism where applicable law gives that person the right to do so.

23

Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions should continue to operate to the extent legally possible, and the affected provision should be interpreted or limited only as far as necessary.

24

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with policies, notices and transaction-specific terms that are expressly incorporated or presented as applicable, form the relevant agreement governing your use of Kasyora unless a separate written agreement applies.

25
